Every blade that leaves our workshop has been inspected by hand, oiled, and packed to survive the journey to your door. We ship worldwide, and we treat the trip with the same care we give the steel.
Processing time
Most orders are inspected, wrapped, and dispatched within a few business days; custom or made-to-order pieces take longer, and we will tell you the expected window before you commit. A blade typically ships within 1-3 business days of your order clearing, and you will receive tracking by email the moment it is on its way.
How your sword is packed
Swords travel discreetly — the outer carton carries no branding that announces a blade inside. Internally, the sword is immobilized, the edge is sheathed, and the fittings are cushioned so nothing shifts in transit. The blade arrives lightly oiled; a quick wipe and a read of our blade care guide is all it needs to settle in.
Tracking your order
You will get a tracking link as soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier. If a number has not updated after a day or two, that is normal at the first scan — reach out anytime through our contact page and we will check on it.
International orders & customs
For deliveries outside our home market, your country may apply import duties, taxes, or fees that are set by customs, not by us, and are the buyer’s responsibility. Some regions also restrict sharpened or live blades — please confirm your local rules before ordering.
