We want you to be glad you chose your blade. If something is not right, we will make it right — within the sensible limits below, which protect both you and the next person who buys a sword from us.
The return window
You may request a return within a standard window from the day your order arrives (contact us if you are unsure how long you have left). Reach out before sending anything back so we can issue instructions and the correct return address.
Condition we can accept
To be eligible, the sword must come back unused and in its original condition — fittings intact, blade un-oiled by you beyond the factory film, and returned with its saya, packaging, and any included accessories. Pack it as carefully as it reached you; damage caused by loose packing in return transit cannot be refunded.
Sharpened & used blades
Please note an important caveat: a blade that has been sharpened, cut with, modified, or visibly used cannot be returned for a refund, for safety and resale reasons. The same applies to custom or made-to-order pieces built to your specification. If your blade arrived faulty or damaged in transit, that is different — we will replace or refund it, no quibble.
How to start a return
Message us through the contact page with your order number and a short note on the reason (a photo helps for any defect). We will confirm the next steps and, once the sword is back and inspected, process your refund to the original payment method.
